Shipping policy

At Linda Karslake Art, we take great care in packaging and dispatching every piece of artwork to ensure it arrives with you safely and in perfect condition.

Processing & Dispatch We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment being received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery UK orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as public holidays.

Shipping Methods We ship using Royal Mail or a specialist courier service, depending on the size, weight, and nature of the artwork. The most appropriate method will be selected to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

International Shipping We are happy to ship artwork internationally. As shipping costs vary significantly depending on destination, size, and weight, please contact us before placing your order to receive a personalised shipping quote. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be charged upon delivery in their country.

Packaging Every piece of artwork is packaged with the utmost care. Prints are sent in protective sleeves within rigid board-backed envelopes or tubes to prevent bending. Original paintings are carefully wrapped in protective materials and placed in robust, purpose-built packaging to guard against damage in transit. We never cut corners when it comes to protecting your artwork.

Damage in Transit In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.

Tracking Where possible, orders are sent with tracking so you can follow your delivery. Tracking details will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched.
